PERFORMING ARTS INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP

The Tanks is presenting another excellent opportunity for local developing artists Friday 20 March 2015.

A meeting of presenters from across Northern & Far North Queensland who program dance, music, circus, theatre, cabaret or comedy in their community.

Equal parts professional development, networking event, arts market and planning session, Roadcase brings together local councils, festivals, community organisations, venues and arts councils to consider what audiences want and find new artists and productions to meet that demand.

Directly following the Queensland Touring Showcase in Mackay, this daylong event will uncover collaborations and cross-regional opportunities, form potential new tour circuits, and tackle the challenges of programming, audience development, and community engagement.
