Sister Liberty – Emmanate

Roots Music composer Sister Liberty harmonises her lyrical honesty with her distinctive percussive style. A positive presence, drawing from her Polynesian heritage and original musicianship as a drummer percussionist, she translates this through her music into infectious rhythms combined with a melodic flow of poetry, creating a unifying and inspiring vibe.

As both a powerful songstress and a versatile songwriter, her spirited, playful nature coupled with her vibrant yet grounded emotion express her passion and authenticity. Her earthy natural vibe emanates spirituality and sensuality, a seductive strength, which she engages audiences with in a celebration of life!

Sister Liberty’s artistry is a mix of soul, reggae, funk and folk with world music flavours. The danceable grooves are uplifting, while the songs also reflect a soothing calm, spreading messages of Love, Peace and Unity.

‘Emanate’, is Sister Liberty’s new album, which captures a full sounding reggae & groove vibration, highlighted with luscious harmonies and quirky percussion instruments. Check it out on Soundcloud below
