Local rock dogs The Brazilians have just released their new track “Jet Black Soul” along with acompanying video clip. The band have decided to experiment with the idea of letting people pay want they want for the track, including nothing if that’s the way you roll. According to front man Todd Macalpine “Well, we had tens of thousands of streams on spotify of our last release which made us enough money enough to keep us in beer for about half an hour, so why not let people download it in decent quality and decide what they want to pay?”

The track was recorded at Third Ear Sound in Gordonvale and produced by band members Todd Macalpine and Jeff Cripps. The video was shot by Jacefilms, and edited by the band.
You can catch The Brazilians live at the “At The Edge” gig at Edge Hill Tavern on the 13th of September along with Bigfoot Mafia (who also have some new music in the works) and The Zephyrbeez, it is shaping up to be a killer night of local original rock.
