This Thursday the 25th Feb, see’s three great local and original acts returning to Resonate at the Grand Hotel.

First up playing the 7.00pm set is Ray Danes. Ray is an artist that just keeps getting better each time he performs at Resonate. Ray is moving to Melbourne soon, so make sure you get in to catch his set while you still can. Ray has been signed to Mushroom Music publishing and it’s only a matter of time till he hits the big time.

Ju Ju Moon will be playing the 8.20 set this week. Hailing from Mission Beach Karen and Ian from Ju Ju Moon used to be regulars at the old Resonate. Their great harmonies, rythmic guitar soaring sax lines, and great original songs are always popular with the Resonate crowd. They have a few environmentally conscious songs featuring turtles and dolphins and the running joke was that they were my favourite sea food based duo. Don’t miss em, great fun.

Eddie Skiba will be playing the 9.30 set this week. Eddie Skiba is no stranger to the Resonate stage and his catchy, well crafted songs always go down a treat with the Resonate crowd . Eddie has recently released a new album titled “Blend On The Border” and has been getting around the country doing launch shows. Check out Mitch Sullivan’s excellent review of Blend On The Border.
