Cairns artist LT has just released some new music and is about to launch the new single at The Tanks Arts Centre on Friday 21st April.

Her new single ACT YOUR AGE is a further glimpse into the sparkling alternative, indie-pop sound she is becoming known for.

LT has teamed up with two of Australia’s most renowned writers, Joel Quartermain (Eskimo Joe, G-Flip, Meg Mac) and Edwin White (Vance Joy) to write this single which explores themes of ageism in the music industry, and societal pressures and expectations.

LT is the project of singer-songwriter Leanne Tennant who has been gaining serious momentum since the release of her full length album, ‘Happiness is…..’ which charted at #9 on the AIR Charts, received praise from media giants ‘Medium’ (USA) and ‘Clash Magazine’ (UK), had all singles added to full rotation on Double J.

LT will celebrate the release of ACT YOUR AGE with a small selection of shows in Australia and the UK.
